Here is the alpha release of the Ubuntu Light Re-Imagined mockup that I've submitted a while ago. Please do note that this was made on whim. I just got the urge to make my mockup a reality. I haven't fully tested it yet and some widgets may not look as they should.
Theme needs the Murrine and Aurora GTK Engines. For convinience, add the Elementary Desktop ppa to have the Elemetary-Nautilus, the current tweaks and optimizations on the Aurora engine.
Also install the ubuntu-mono-light theme. Please browse OMG! Ubuntu for the link.

Please let me know if you find something odd in the theme.
Note: The window list (buttons) are still out-of whack
Better than the original. I like it very much. Lately i am very impressed by the updated dust-theme. I think you should consider taking the buttons of the dust-theme. They have a very modern and polished look. I am sure they will fit better to your theme and make it more "wow". You can find the theme here: [link]
"Ubuntu_Light_GTK_Theme_by_fibermarupok.gz" does not appear to be a valid theme.
I tried extracting the archive and dropping that in the Appearance window and got
"Ubuntu_Light_GTK_Theme_by_fibermarupok" does not appear to be a valid theme.
Did I get a borked download?
